Miami Design District Performance series returns till December 14

On October 5, Miami Design District Performance series will be returning with live musical performances and be led by a ’19-time Grammy Award winning producer named Emilio Estefan,” according to an article by He will be working with the Miami Symphony Orchestra and be presented by the Knights Foundation. The series has piqued the interest of many after it started out just last year for being unique compared to different theaters.


The performances will be available for showing every Friday till December 14 with many different performers and with a good orchestra. Some of the upcoming performances include Julian Marley & and The Uprising, Bernadette Peters, Thelma Houston, Frankie Marcos, Luis Enrique, among many more. They will also have other upcoming special guests to look forward to. Along with the Miami Design District Performances, it will also feature two museums called “YogArt” and other art exhibitions by some artists.

There will be tours to show off the exhibitions, movie screenings, lectures, and a planned Family Day. Many of the members are excited to be bringing back all this content to the public as it is central to Miami’s residents to show off their culture, live music, and much more. In other words, it is essential to the area and its residents. The Miami District aside from having a lot of entertainment has been booming in the food industry with new places being built like new ice-cream shops, and other branded restaurants around the area.

One restaurant called “Estefan Kitchen” has been rated as one of the best restaurants in the Miami area and has Friday night Happy Hour specials that start at 5 p.m. The restaurant will be having a Cuban-styled menu and individuals can call to reserve a reservation.
